Work toward a vibrant, livable and walkable downtown which includes a downtown identity, downtown association, improved parking and traffic flow; increase public use of community spaces, increase business space occupancy; strengthen partnership with the City of Pullman, Pullman Chamber & Visitor Center, Washington State University and the business community.  Working to make Pullman an exceptional college town.​
